I’m Michelle Velazquez, Founder & CEO of Vital Babe.
Wellness and self-care have always been at the heart of who I am—especially as I navigate menopause. Balancing a successful career, fitness, motherhood, marriage, and friendships—while also making time to feel confident, strong, and vibrant—has never been more important.
As I entered my 40s and began experiencing the first signs of menopause, I realized something: women aren’t being properly prepared for this stage of life. We’re often told to just push through—accepting weight gain, fatigue, and hormonal shifts as inevitable. But I refused to settle, and neither should you. I knew there had to be a way to stay active, energized, and truly feel like myself—without interruption.
That belief led to the creation of Vital Babe—a brand dedicated to helping women navigate menopause with confidence and ease, empowering them to continue living life on their terms.
On December 26th, 2024, Vital Babe was born—not just as a supplement brand, but as a movement. A movement for women who refuse to let menopause slow them down. For women who want to glow, thrive, and feel amazing in their own skin at every stage of life. Our premium products are designed to support hormonal balance, energy, metabolism, digestion, and overall vitality—because menopause should be a transformation, not a setback.
Outside of my career, I am blessed to have the unwavering love and support of my amazing husband, Chris, and incredible son, Nikko. Their love, encouragement, and belief in me inspire me every single day to push forward, dream bigger, and make a difference. I wouldn’t be here without their commitment to helping me succeed. We reside in Key Largo and Fort Lauderdale, fully embracing the vibrant South Florida lifestyle—one filled with sunsets, salt air, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of living well.
